    Medical Education Cell (MEC) will be responsible for following :

    1. MEC wil prepare the teaching schedules of all students batches in consultation of senior faculty.

    2. MEC will prepare advance exmination time table (Calender) of every batch immidiately after new admission.

    3. MEC wil help for the smooth functioning and conductance of University examination.

    4. MEC will help in preparing intern ship programs and strictly monitor and maintain the internees logbook.

    5. MEC wil Coordinate the teachers training programs.

    6. MEC will Co-ordinate integrated lectures, seminars, educational quiz & MCQs, educaional tours of students and guest lectures of visiting faculties.

    7. MEC will check and analyze the student attendance and performance of teaching programs of various departments and report to the commissioner through the Dean.

    8. Scrutiny of attendance of students and the teacher in lectures, practical and clinics.

    9. MEC will see the equal allotement of teaching duties among all faculty and implementation of the same.

    10. MEC wil assist Dean in preparing requirements of various departments in accordance to MCI guide lines.

    11. MEC will look into proper implementation of internal examination schedule.

  5. All the teaching staff of clinical side should send the copy of leave application to Dean with a copy to Medical Superintendent through the Head of Department with signature of faculty to whom charge is given to carry out teaching / clinical / teaching / departmental work on his/her behalf. No one will send the leave application directly to the Dean office.

  6. When ever head of the departments are going on leave they will hand over the charge to next senior person in the department. In their absence departmental work should not suffer.

  7. Junior department will be included in various cimmittees of college to get the experience of different committees.

  8. Each department will have a central lecture register with 200 pages, to record the lectures in following headings – e.g.

  9. For low achievers and repeaters Head of the department will arrange extra classes/clinics.

  10. For clinical posting students will be distributed evenly to all the clinical unit of respective subject for proper teaching and to avoid crowding in bed side teaching & patient convenience.

  11. Result of internal examination should be declared with-in ten days of completion of examination. Assessed answer books should be shown to the student for scrutiny of marks and any query. All the head of the departments will submit the attendance record to the office of the Dean every month. Terminal examination result will be displayed along with the attendance of the students in the classes.

  12. Internal marks should also be displayed on the notice board and students should be allowed to verify as per university ordinance.

  13. For preparing the university examination result, one teaching staff member from each profession (1st,2nd, & 3rd MBBS) will coordinate and facilitate the result work. Dean will appoint the teaching staffs in consulation with core committee and faculty Dean. Final result of each branch should be submitted to the university within 7 days of last practical examination.

  14. 1st MBBS University Examination time table should be also mention the proposed time table for repeaters of that examination ( or it should be held within 20 days of declaration of result of 1st MBBS ) so that they can join the 2nd MBBS as early as possible (preferably with in two and half month).

  15. Commissionerate will be informed every month by the core committee about the progress report and any non compliance.
