  1. Period of reading room committee will be from 1st  December 2006 to 31st July, 2007.
  2. Timing of reading rooom will be 6:00 a.m. to 11:55 p.m.
  3. Reading room Charge is given to the committee member with 169 steel chairs with handle, perforated seat and back rest, 14 eight seated, 19 seated 59 tubelights, 53 celling fans, 05 exhaust fans, a photograph of Swami Vivekanad with glass framing, and 03 dustbins.
  4. Special Instrucions for the members of the Student Reading Room Committee:
    1. Not to take, chairs out of the room.
    2. Put off the tubelights and fans when not in use.
    3. To throw plastic pouch, biscuit & chocolate rapper in the dustbins.
    4. Not to stand up on the chairs or desk to change the tubelights.
  5. In case of any suggestion to improve the reading room and library the members are required to meet :-
    1. Dr. C.B. Tripathi - Professor in-charge, Dhanvatary Granthalaya.
    2. Mr. H.D. Parmar - Chief Librarian, Dhanvatary Granthalaya.
