Academic activities:

(1) Dr.Yusuf Rampurwala, & Dr. Bharat Panchal, attended Annual Conf. Of

 Indian Psychiatric Society, West Zone Branch at Nanded between 9-11

 Oct.,2009.

(2) Dr.Yusuf rampurwala presented a paper on “Comparison of Suicide attempts  receiving diagnosis of major depressive disorder and adjustment disorder” in the above conference.

(3)  Teaching staff of the department is participating in  the training programme of NABH regularly.

 (4) All teaching Staff attended training programme in ART in AID

(5) Dr. Dipak Tiwari took a lecture for students of 5 – 6 Grade in Fatima Convent School of Bhavnagar.

(6) Dept. Organized two days programme on “First Aid in Mental Health” for Nursing Students.
